Final preparations were made today for the premiere of a new song ‘LEAP OF FAITH’ at a concert on Saturday
The latest number for Revolution is described as ‘epic’ by composer Nicholas Keyworth.
He said: “We are very excited to be premiering this song and we can’t wait to hear what people think about it.”
Lyricist Michael Wilkinson added: “The song is set in Mostar, in Bosnia, during one of the city’s annual diving competitions and it tells the story of a boy’s first leap from the famous Stari Most bridge. It is very much a coming of age song, as the boy becomes a man.”
The concert will take place at St Bartholomew’s Church, in Corsham, Wilts, on Saturday at 7.30pm. ‘Corsham in Music’ will feature the works of composers connected to Corsham, including Revolution’s composer Nicholas Keyworth. ‘LEAP OF FAITH’ will be a rousing end to the evening’s varied programme.
Tickets will be available on the door for £5 or in advance at a number of outlets in Corsham.
